This single effect concentrator is used in the Chinese traditional medicine, west pharmacy, starchy sugar, food dairy products, chemistry to concentrate their liquid material , esp ,to concentrate heatsensitive matters in vacuum at a low temperature.
Characteristic:
1.It can be used in the evaporation of water and alcohol respectively.
2.The condenser adopted military technology, especially designed structure, the heat exchange efficiency is two or three times of the general production in the market. It has small occupy area.
3. Concentration of recovered alcohol can reaches about 70-80 degree; Loss proporation of alcohol is less than 4%.
4.The equipment adopts the working manner of external heating, natural cycle, negative pressure evaporation. It evaporated fast and the concentration proportion is high which can reach 1.2-1.3.
5.You can clean the machine when open the upper and nether cover of the heater, it is convenient to use the tubular cleaner made in our company, which can save the time and the work.
6.The chamber of the calefaction and the evaporation all selects heat preservation sheet, the outer space wrapped of stainless steel sheet, the out faces has been treated with gloss or mirror.
